Weighted Score Calculator

Calculate your Saudi university weighted admission score using the standard formula: High School GPA (30%) + Qudrat score (30%) + Tahsili score (40%).

Calculate Your Weighted Admission Score

Your high school GPA as a percentage (50–100%). Convert your grade to percentage if needed.

Your total Qudrat test score (0–100). Weighted at 30%.

Your Tahsili (Achievement) test score (0–100). Weighted at 40%.

Official weighted formula: Weighted Score = (High School GPA × 30%) + (Qudrat × 30%) + (Tahsili × 40%). This is the standard formula used by most Saudi public universities.

How to Use the Weighted Score Calculator

Three inputs are needed to calculate your weighted score:

1

Enter Your High School GPA

Input your high school GPA as a percentage (e.g., 95.5). If your school uses a different scale, convert it to a percentage out of 100 first.

2

Enter Your Qudrat Score

Input your total Qudrat score (verbal + quantitative combined). Use the Qudrat Calculator if you need to compute this first.

3

Enter Your Tahsili Score

Input your Tahsili (Achievement Test) total score. This has the highest weight at 40% of your admission score.

4

Review Your Weighted Score

Your weighted admission score is calculated instantly. Compare it against university thresholds: 90+ for medicine, 80+ for engineering, 70+ for most other programs.

About the Weighted Admission Score

The weighted score (النسبة الموزونة) is the primary metric used by Saudi public universities for undergraduate admissions.

  • The formula weights Tahsili highest (40%) because it directly measures high school subject mastery.
  • High School GPA and Qudrat each contribute 30%, balancing academic record with aptitude.
  • Some universities add additional criteria such as interviews or subject-specific tests for certain programs.
  • The Qiyas platform (qiyas.sa) publishes annual score statistics to help students benchmark their performance.
